Hayley Atwell Tomb Raider Animated series after what if …?

[ad_1]

As if the What if …? series wasn’t enough, we’ll be hearing a lot more of Hayley Atwell’s voice in the near future. Known in the MCU as Peggy Carter, now Hayley Atwell will appear in a new non-MCU series. The Marvel Studios star will lend his voice to one of the most popular video game characters of all time. Hayley Atwell in the Grave robber animated series is the first time that the character will be in this medium. The story is expected to be the sequel to the original video game franchise.

Variety’s new report confirms Hayley Atwell in the Grave robber animated series. The new series will continue the history of video games. The original game was released 25 years ago and the new series will celebrate this occasion with a high-level animated adaptation. However, Hayley Atwell is not the first high profile actress to take on the role.

The very first live adaptation of Grave robber saw Angelina Jolie kick her ass like the heroine of the video game. While the movies in retrospect were pretty meh, it was the best video game adaptations could do at the time. In 2018, Alicia Vikander took on the role in a more realistic and “gritty” reboot. There is still talk of a sequel, but no concrete confirmation has come since an initial announcement. But with news of Hayley Atwell in the Grave robber anime, it looks like another version will come before this live-action movie.

Atwell recently appeared in Marvel Studio’s new MCU Disney Plus series, What if…? The show saw Atwell’s previous character, Peggy Carter, take on the role of Captain America in an alternate multiverse. Atwell will then appear in Mission Impossible 7 facing Tom Cruise in the next installment of this franchise. Hayley Atwell in the Grave robber the anime is not the first time the actress has voiced a character in an animated show. Previously, Atwell was part of 3 Below: Taken from Arcadione for Netflix.

The story is said to continue the story of the video game reboot trilogy. But no word on whether the story will have multiple seasons, or if it will be just one. We’ll also have to wait and see what type of animation the anime will use and what to expect from the story.

No confirmation on when the Grave robber the anime will be released.
